After rocking the marketing world for nearly 13 years, Alex hit pause on the corporate hustle, swapped her power suits for yoga pants, and dove headfirst into the world of wellness.

Now a certified 200 RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) with a wealth of knowledge in yoga history, principles, philosophies, trauma-informed teaching, and both Western and Eastern anatomy, Alex offers a diverse range of classes designed to nourish both body and So(u)l. From lively group sessions in vinyasa, to meditative sessions in yin and restorative, to personalized plans for private clients featuring aromatherapy, and chakra balancing for that extra zen factor – there's something for everyone.

Alex's passion for music shines through in her sessions, where she seamlessly blends modern day beats with yoga sequences that are both motivating and accessible.
