Mindfulness - Meditation and breath work to support the mind and body
Vinyasa - Active, fluid, heat-building flows
Restorative - Passive stretching to slow down and open the body & mind
Yin - Slow-paced incorporating principles of Chinese medicine with postures held for longer periods of time
Prenatal - Helping connect with your changing body and baby
Chakra Balancing - Includes a chakra assessment and yoga tailored to support your energetic needs
Ayurveda - Includes an Ayurveda assessment and yoga designed to support your Ayurvedic needs
Aromatherapy - Incorporates essential oils into your practice to support your individual needs

Semi-Private Sessions
Semi-private sessions are limited to four students. This is an ideal setting to deepen your practice with a focus on specific shared goals or therapeutic principles. This is also a great option for families who wish to deepen their connection together through a shared family yoga practice.
