Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned vet, private yoga sessions provide the perfect opportunity to work together to focus on the unique needs of your body and energy. Together, we can explore what works for you and maximize your potential.


Alex custom tailors her private yoga sessions for each individual's specific needs and goals, all the way down to the music that plays in the background. Private sessions work around your schedule with the convenience of practicing in your home or office.

Alex's private offerings include:

  • Mindfulness - Meditation and breath work to support the mind and body

  • Vinyasa - Active, fluid, heat-building flows

  • Restorative - Passive stretching to slow down and open the body & mind

  • Yin - Slow-paced incorporating principles of Chinese medicine with postures held for longer periods of time

  • Prenatal - Helping connect with your changing body and baby

  • Chakra Balancing - Includes a chakra assessment and yoga tailored to support your energetic needs

  • Ayurveda - Includes an Ayurveda assessment and yoga designed to support your Ayurvedic needs

  • Aromatherapy - Incorporates essential oils into your practice to support your individual needs

Semi-Private Sessions

Semi-private sessions are limited to four students. This is an ideal setting to deepen your practice with a focus on specific shared goals or therapeutic principles. This is also a great option for families who wish to deepen their connection together through a shared family yoga practice.
